Keto bread (carbohydrate-free)

Seed bread KETO version, without flour! This recipe contains only 3g of carbohydrates per serving!

INGREDIENTS (12 servings)
▪️ 60 g almond flour
▪️ 50 g coconut flour
▪️ 15 g psyllium powder
▪️ 3 organic eggs or blue-white heart
▪️ 60 g melted butter or coconut oil
▪️ 100 g fromage frais or 100 g coconut yoghurt
▪️ 100 ml heavy ewe's cream/coconut cream
▪️ 30 g sesame seeds
▪️ 30 g sunflower seeds
▪️ 15 g chia seeds
▪️ 1 tablespoon baking powder
▪️ 1 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 180°C .
2. Place cream cheese in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Add the remaining wet ingredients: eggs, butter and heavy cream. Mix by hand with a fork or mixer until just combined.
3. Add the dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium, seed mixture (leave a little to decorate the top), baking powder and salt. Mix again until a dough forms.
4. Pour the batter into a parchment/parchment-lined or buttered cake tin.
5. Sprinkle with remaining seed mixture.
6. Bake for 45 minutes ⏲, or until a toothpick goes into the center and comes out dry.
7. Let bread cool for 20 minutes (or completely!) on a wire rack before cutting.
8. Enjoy!

TIP: You can use the seed mixture you like best, or even include chopped nuts! Other seed options: pumpkin, fennel, poppy.
