Crêpe (pancake) KETO version, without flour or sugar! This recipe contains just 2g of carbohydrates per serving!
INGREDIENTS (4 servings)
▪️ 14 g coconut flour
▪️ 30 g butter, coconut oil
▪️ ½ cup coconut milk
▪️ 2 organic eggs or blue-white heart
▪️ 1 dash vanilla essence
▪️ 1 pinch nutmeg
▪️ 1 pinch salt
▪️ 15 g butter, for cooking

PREPARATION
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs, butter, vanilla extract, nutmeg and salt.
2. Add coconut flour and coconut milk and mix until incorporated. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt some of the cooking butter. Pour in about ¼ of the batter and rotate the pan to form a large circle of batter.
4. Cook for 2 minutes or until the edges are golden and the batter is bubbling, turn over and cook for a further 1 minute. Reserve.
5. Repeat until pastry is finished and serve warm.
