Carb-free bread/Keto bread/Keto bread V.1


Here's an easy recipe to follow when you need to cut carbohydrates from your diet.

 

Ingredients

  • 5 blue-white eggs

  • 60 g coconut flour or ghee

  • 80 g coconut oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon xantham gum

  • 1 level teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon organic cider vinegar

 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to th. 6 (180°C). Use a blender for the entire recipe! Break in whole eggs.
  • Then add a level teaspoon of baking powder and the xantham gum and blend.
  • Add half a teaspoon of fine salt.
  • Pour in melted coconut oil or ghee.
  • Finally, add the coconut flour and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  • Line a cake tin with baking parchment and pour the batter into it.
  • Bake for 35 minutes. A spade stuck in the coconut bread should come out dry. Leave to cool. Enjoy!
