Here's an easy recipe to follow when you need to cut carbohydrates from your diet.
Ingredients

5 blue-white eggs

60 g coconut flour or ghee

80 g coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon fine salt

1/8 teaspoon xantham gum

1 level teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon organic cider vinegar
Preparation
- Preheat oven to th. 6 (180°C). Use a blender for the entire recipe! Break in whole eggs.
- Then add a level teaspoon of baking powder and the xantham gum and blend.
- Add half a teaspoon of fine salt.
- Pour in melted coconut oil or ghee.
- Finally, add the coconut flour and blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Line a cake tin with baking parchment and pour the batter into it.
- Bake for 35 minutes. A spade stuck in the coconut bread should come out dry. Leave to cool. Enjoy!
