Chia pudding
Ready in 15 minutes! Simply mix 3 tablespoons of chia seeds into 200 ml of vegetable milk (coconut or almond milk, for example), add cinnamon and/or vanilla if you like, and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Then enjoy as is, or with a few almonds and 20 g of blueberries or 20 g of raspberries or strawberries for extra pleasure!
