Unleavened bread

I'll say it again: yeast and sourdough in bread are not for eating!

I'm not talking about gluten, wheat or ancient seeds. I'm not talking about changing wheat for small spelt either!

The Bible speaks of unleavened bread, never sourdough bread, sourdough that feeds intestinal yeasts that will give you systemic pain at one time or another. Yeasts (baker's or sourdough) that will give you intestinal permeability, vaginal mycoses, oral mycoses, etc, etc.

So how do you enjoy "good bread" while trying to make it free of baking powder, baker's yeast and sourdough?

Check out the recipe below. Easy, fast and super good! (you know I like to eat good, fast and easy from now on)

Bread without yeast or sourdough

The day before, or at least 2 hours in advance, soak the main ingredient in a water bath.

under water. This ingredient can be coral lentils, green lentils, millet, spelt, small spelt, quinoa....

Once soaked, rinse thoroughly and add more water to cover the entire area.

Blend the water and your ingredient of choice in a blender until smooth.

Add the psyllium.

Mix to a relatively hard paste, almost malleable by hand.

Butter a cake tin and place the mixture in it.

Decorate the top with flax, pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

-250g coral/quinoa/lentils/millet/spelt lentils.....

-45g psyllium

-enough water to cover coral/quinoa/lentils/millet/spelt lentils.....

-1 pinch of salt

-sunflower/flax or pumpkin seeds to decorate the top
