Clean

You're an osteopath or physiotherapist and you try to manipulate your patients for gastrointestinal problems and/or musculoskeletal disorders without any long-term success.

However, in some circumstances, the problem is not anatomical but physiological and biochemical. You don't get results, and you risk losing the patient.

To tackle this problem, with my 17 years of clinical experience in nutritional and functional biology and as a specialist in complementary medicine from Australia, I created the NSSR TM method.

Let's talk about the "N" in cleanse. Intestinal cleansing and regularity are the foundations of a healthy body over the long term.

Constipation, diarrhoea and incomplete evacuation create disturbances in the microbiota (bacterial flora), generating musculoskeletal problems that you can't cope with by handling.

Cleansing does not involve taking probiotics, as they do not provide a lasting response over time, and may even make the situation worse.

Specific cleaning methods have been developed to benefit your patients. These "cleaning" methods can easily be applied in the practice by learning the NSSR TM method.
