Mentoring aims to help you to:

- No longer alone in your consultations. You've finished your studies and you don't know who to share your doubts and fears about care with! It's a real shame. That's why we're here. This profession is isolated enough without not knowing who to discuss your cases with.

- Improving your consultants' care: There's no better word-of-mouth than a consultant who benefits from your care over the long term. No other secret.

- Discuss with you your management issues, while offering you a training module from our training organization, to anchor your knowledge for life. In other words, you consult us about a clinical case involving thyroid management... Then, following mentoring, you'll have the chapters on thyroid management available for future viewing.

- No more trying to apply the protocol learned at naturopathic school! We know that "naturopathy" (better known as nutritional and functional biology) looks for the cause. So why do French schools still insist on teaching you protocols? If you can't make a full-time living from this profession, it's because you're waiting for the "protocol" you learned at school to knock on your door or phone you for an appointment. Is this logical? You know it doesn't! So, what are you waiting for to change?

- Stop practicing (or wanting to practice) green allopathy! If your school taught you protocols instead of learning about the human body (its physio and biochemistry) and how to think tree-like, it's no wonder there are so few naturopaths who can stay open full-time beyond 5 years.
